In this rehabilitation project, the challenge was clear: to transform a house over 100 years old into a versatile space - with potential for both residential and commercial purposes.

The generous interior areas allowed us to completely redefine the dynamics of the house, without ever nullifying its essence. On the contrary, we enhanced the most striking original elements - such as the stone walls and wooden beams - by integrating them into a new spatial narrative.

Our commitment was to preserve the old design and identity of the building, whilea at the same time giving it a new contemporary lease of life. The result combines authenticity, comfort and timeless elegance.
