This apartment, in a privileged location on Póvoa de Varzim's seafront, is an example of how timeless elegance can be reinterpreted with sophistication and respect for the history of the space.

Around 20 years old, the property preserved noble finishes and a solid structure, which were carefully maintained and enhanced. Casa 23's intervention focused on the decoration and styling, creating a current and refined atmosphere, but always in tune with the house's original identity.

The choice of materials, fabrics and pieces of furniture was based on the premise of absolute comfort and harmony with the classic spirit of the apartment. The breathtaking view over the Atlantic continues to be the protagonist, now surrounded by a serene, luxurious and timeless setting.

This project was developed using 3D models and technical drawings, ensuring precise execution and the possibility of our team producing customized furniture.
